Every glyphling is one of a kind: a seed decides its colours and which of six body plans it grows into. You feed it, play with it, clean it and let it rest, and it reacts to how you treat it. It keeps living (gently) while you’re away, either from the live view or a small background daemon, and glyphling status fits a one-line glance at your pet into a shell prompt or tmux bar.
